My baby turned 2 today...and like always i can not believe its been 2 years already. This last week she has moved into a big girl bed, not by my choice, but because the crib is just a fun thing to climb on and out of. I am surprised how well it has been going...probably because the thought of it was so nightmarish in my mind, but she is doing great! Though She always ends up in our bed around 5am, she goes down pretty good.
The only thing i really wanted to get her was one of the plasma car/scooter things. And because i waited until the day before her birthday to look for one we had quite the trek around town searching for it. But we got it and she loves it! I do have to say that i kinda dropped the bomb on any kind of party. Mostly because i remember my 1st borns elaborate 2nd birthday party and how it took so much preperation and then she didn't even really know what was going on. So this time i just thought we would keep it simple and i am glad we did. She woke up an wanted a cupcake right away so being the way awesome mom that i am and the sucker for a 2 year old saying pretty please i let her eat one for breakfast, she hated the candle on top of it and was yelling NO No No the whole time we sang to her, but she loved the cupcake and her scooter so that is all that matters. Amberly washing her hands after being all messy....she climbs up on the island and washes her hands at least 10 times a day....i can't complain about that.

Your girls are so cute! It sounds like Amberly had a great day!
Happy Birthday to her! Alli and Amberly have the same birthday. :)
Happy birthday Amberly! Cupcakes for breakfast sounds good to me!! I hope your feeling good!
Happy late birthday Amberly! With our minds on our new little one we didn't even call to say happy birthday! Hopefully she knows that we love her... We'll have to stop by later and bring a late b-day present! (by the way- cute idea with the leprechaun feet & gold, kids love simple stuff like that.)
